Colorado Residents (CPA)

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) gives you additional rights over the personal data we collect about you.

Your CPA rights include:

Right to Confirm & Access whether we process your personal data and access that data
Right to Correct inaccurate personal data
Right to Delete personal data we hold about you
Right to Data Portability — obtain a copy of your data in a portable format
Right to Opt Out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects

We do not sell personal data or use profiling to make
decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To submit a request, email discovery@corymb.ai with “Colorado Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (with a possible one-time 45-day extension where reasonably necessary). If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Other U.S. State Residents

If you live in a U.S. state with its own comprehensive privacy law (for example, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others), you may have similar rights to those described above — including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
